Production Associate - Bulk Load Builder

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division as a Bulk Load Builder.

About the role

The Bulk Load Builder is responsible for safely and accurately locating, counting, and organizing bulk products—such as shop towels, aprons, linens, or other items—to load on trucks for delivery to customers based on order sheets. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

• Locate, count, and organize bulk products for loading.
• Load products onto trucks according to order sheets.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
