About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Belt Coordinator to support the Rental Division. The Belt Coordinator is responsible for safely and accurately operating a conveyor belt that moves product (e.g., garments, floor mats, shop towels) within the plant and for cleaning the work area. Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must adhere to attendance policy.
  • Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
  • Requires standing for most of the shift.
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
  • Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.

How You Will Be Evaluated

The full selection process may include:
