Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- The Production Associate operates various machines and performs tasks related to the production of airbags, inflators, or component parts.
- Performs repetitive work requiring continuous alertness and attention to detail. Associates ensure that a high-quality product is produced.
- Maintains reliable attendance and a full-time work status.
- Trains and/or instructs others as required.
- Maintains quality and safety rules while maintaining work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adheres to safety standards.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours, and lift 25-40 lbs.
