Production Associate

About the role

We are seeking safety-conscious individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic for manufacturing roles, including Laborer, Clean Up, Forklift Operator, and Production Utility positions at a medium density fiberboard facility.

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment safely and maintaining clean workstations
• Supporting manufacturing processes to maximize plant uptime
• Interpreting work instructions and completing assigned tasks
• Willingness to learn new skills and collaborate with team members
• Communicating effectively to improve safety and performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Good safety, attendance, and performance record
• Effective communication and team orientation
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to wear protective gear and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic math and computer skills; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Schedule
