About the role
Join a dynamic team at our leading manufacturing facility. We are seeking an experienced Production Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist in the production process from start to finish
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality control
- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
