Production Associate

Primary Responsibilities

• Mixing, measuring, and producing raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Loading & Unloading racks of parts, masking and unmasking parts, touchup/reworking, processing rejects, inspecting parts coming down lines, operating a hoist where necessary.
• Preparing materials and products for packaging and shipment to customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to work any job and work overtime as needed.
