Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5s standards.
• Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime and waste.
• Absolute commitment to assume an active role in overall plant and facility related work.
• Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Able to work all three shifts as needed.
• Able to work all shifts as assigned.

Pay

• $22.66 per hour starting salary.
• Annual bonus based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00am-3:00pm
• 2nd shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am
