Production Associate

About the Role

Join Foremost Farms as a Production Associate at our Reedsburg, Wisconsin location and play an integral part in bringing dairy to life.

Pay

Starting pay: $24.54/hour. Pay increases to $26.57/hour after 6 months of employment. Additional compensation includes:

• $0.75/hour shift premium for hours worked from 6:00pm – 6:00am
• Time and a half for hours worked over 40 in a week
• Double pay for all work performed on a Sunday

Schedule

• 2nd shift (4:00pm – midnight) or 3rd shift (midnight to 8:00am) positions available
• Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis

Responsibilities

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• Apply training on HACCP, GMPs, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs to perform work duties
• Participate in a team environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience
