ProLogistix is seeking Production Operators for a manufacturing location in Reno, Nevada. This is a safety-sensitive role.
Schedule
- Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 a.m.–6:45 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.–6:45 a.m.) on a 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off rotation.
- Work every other weekend.
- Rotate 4 weeks on day shift, then 4 weeks on night shift.
Night shift differential: $2.50/hour.
Pay
Starting rate: $24.29/hour.
Responsibilities
- Participate in daily safety routines.
- Perform calibration functions on processing equipment.
- Use basic hand and power tools.
- Measure pipe and verify dimensional tolerances are within acceptable criteria.
- Prepare product for shipping per various packaging requirements.
- Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods on concrete flooring, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Requirements
- High school education or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Detail-oriented with a work history of shift work, injury-free performance, and adherence to workplace/plant safety practices and procedures.
- General knowledge and experience using various types of hand tools.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
Qualifications
Production associate experience is preferred.
