Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools
• Package and prepare products for shipment
• Box, label, and organize materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Assist with inventory and counting tasks

Requirements

• Reliable attendance
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working with hand tools
• Manufacturing, assembly, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus

Skills

• Organized, proactive, able to multitask
• Experience using small hand tools and cordless drills, ratchets, and wrenches
• Ability to exercise professional behavior
• Excellent attendance history

Pay

$18.00/hr to start; $18.50/hr after 4 weeks for employees who meet expectations for quality, attendance, and communication.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday with overtime opportunities available.
