About the Role
Atlas Molded Products is seeking Production Associates for the Denver, UT facility.
Responsibilities
- Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
- Demonstrate a general understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements, and departmental procedures.
- Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record required information on in-process sheets.
- Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and/or label materials per specific production instructions.
- Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate Pre-breakers/Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
- Adhere to general safety training and protocols.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) preferred.
- Ability to use simple math, count, and operate basic hand-held measuring tools.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Demands
- Light to moderate physical effort, including sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, climbing steps or ladders, and reaching forward or above head level for the entire shift.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds.
- Tolerance for temperature changes throughout the shift.
- Capability to safely operate assigned machinery.
