The Production Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the production process, including but not limited to:
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
