Production Associate 2nd shift
What You'll Do
- Inspect finished print products for quality, catching issues like color, alignment, or print defects before they ship
- Count and verify products against each order to make sure it's complete and correct
- Pack and seal product securely, then stage it for shipping
- Prepare boxes, tubes, and packaging to keep up with the day's workload
- Cross-train and rotate across stations to keep production moving
- Help prioritize incoming orders to hit production and shipping deadlines

About the Role
At our Wixom facility, we produce large format print — banners, posters, signage, and rigid display graphics — for thousands of businesses across the country. We're growing, and we're looking for dependable, detail-driven people to help us pack and ship high-quality work that keeps customers coming back. This is hands-on production floor work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled shop where good work gets noticed and there's real room to grow.
Requirements
No prior experience required — we'll train you. Experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or print environment is a plus.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
