Production Associate 2nd Shift

Kenny's Great Pies, a Dessert Holdings Company located in Smyrna, Georgia, is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Apply crust into pie pans
• Mix ingredients following recipes and production standards
• Operate production equipment, such as the juice machine
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Ensure product weights to meet specifications
• Follow all safety and food‑handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support team members and assist with other production duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Willingness to follow instructions and company procedures
• Must be able to work until production is complete (may also pack product to support distribution)
• Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Pull, push, lift, load, and unload racks and containers as needed
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift and carry up to 40 lbs safely
• Must be able to work safely with products containing allergens (wheat & dairy, eggs, and a variety of tree nuts)

Pay

$15.00‑$16.00 per hour on 2nd shift (2:30 pm‑11:30 pm). Expected hours: 40‑45 per week.

Schedule

8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday; weekends as needed.
