Production Associate - 1st Shift

About the role

Mon‑Fri 7am‑3:30pm. Work in a production environment following all safety procedures, quality processes and hitting targeted build rates. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly, standing 8‑10 hours a day, bending, standing, squatting, twisting repeatedly, and working in a loud environment that requires hearing protection, with exposure to fumes or airborne particles, occasional wet/humid conditions, high precarious places, toxic/caustic chemicals, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock in a fast‑paced manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Ensure the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Maintain the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on‑time delivery to customers
• Maintain housekeeping standards of the plant
• Work as a team with all team members of the facility
• Day‑to‑day tasks may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies
