Our client in Columbus is seeking a Production Associate to join their growing team. This full-time, hands-on role offers a schedule that supports work-life balance.
Schedule
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay
- $19/hour starting pay
- Time-and-a-half for all hours worked beyond 40 in a week

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate equipment for daily production of commercial insulation
- Read and interpret blueprints to follow instructions for orders
- Produce parts that meet customer’s quality requirements
Requirements
- Good attendance record
- Ability to learn quickly
- Experience working with Fiber-Glass products
