Production Associate 1st Shift

About the role

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products. This role supports daily operations through material handling, offloading, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Offload incoming materials safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
• Band, secure, and organize materials for storage or shipment
• Aid with general crew tasks to support production and delivery operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience (preferred)
• Strong banding and material securing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic understanding of warehouse or production operations
• Willingness and ability to learn company systems and processes
• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated commitment to reliability and attendance
• Positive attitude with a drive to grow and contribute to company success

Pay Range: Base pay range is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience. The US pay range for this full-time position is $20.00 per hour to $30.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week. Union programs may vary depending on the collective bargaining agreement.)
