Production Associate 1st Shift

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manual material handling
• Packaging
• Stacking material
• Assisting machine operators
• Handle basic powered hand tools
• Work safely and effectively to meet deadlines
• Work safely and collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in manufacturing or comparable work environment
• Forklift experience a plus
• Overhead crane experience a plus
• General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments
• Able to work in a hot environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

Pay and Schedule

Base Pay: $18.00 per hour. 1st Shift: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm. This position has potential overtime; shifts may be 8, 10, or 12 hours long depending on work orders and season.
