Production Associate 1st Shift

The Production Associate role involves fabricating and producing component parts for final window assembly in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units
- Support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows
- Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers
- Understand and carry out verbal instructions
- Read and carry out simple written instructions
- Read work orders, labels, and schedules
- Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defects
- Make fraction and decimal conversions
- Operate any equipment needed to perform a job
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Preferably with experience in manufacturing
- Preferably with experience reading a tape measure

Pay
Base pay rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule
1st shift: Monday‑Thursday, 6 am – 4:30 pm
