Production Associate - 1st Shift

About the role

Responsible for executing production tasks following safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow production schedules and meet quality control standards
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and address issues
• Perform routine maintenance checks on production tools and machinery
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of related work experience in manufacturing or similar field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
