Production Associate - 1st Shift

About the role

This role is within the Production Associate team at BSN SPORTS, a division of Varsity Brands. BSN SPORTS is a leading distributor of team athletic gear and is part of the Varsity Brands family.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prepares work orders according to specifications
• Accurately counts and documents garment sizes and colors
• Stages garments for Screen Print Operators
• Reports mechanical issues to supervisor immediately
• Cleans work area during and before shift ends

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and have an eye for precision
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, personable, team-oriented, and punctual
• Able to differentiate and coordinate colors

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing for long periods
• Repetitive movement of the body
• Lifts up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Tolerate working in non-climate-controlled environments
