Production Associate - 1st shift

About the role
We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Schedule
Standard hours are Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm with some overtime required.
Pay
Starting pay for this position is $16.80/hour.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment.
- Prepare and assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools.
- Ensure quality by utilizing measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
- Contribute to improvement by actively participating in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
- Maintain and organize work areas by supporting housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
