Production Associate - 1st Shift - 6:50am-3:20pm - Mon-Fri

About the role

The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the processing of media, mesh, and elements at Pall Corporation. This position involves inspecting, cutting, laying-up, and final inspection of media products, as well as operating various manufacturing equipment and ensuring accurate paperwork and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, cut, and lay-up of dynalloy, fibermet, and continuous rolls
• Perform final inspection, trim, and package media products
• Operate calendaring equipment (rolling mills), Hydrogen furnace, and vacuum furnaces
• Stage and unstage media sheets and continuous rolls to manufacturer and thickness specifications

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Experience in like work centers and accuracy using calipers and micrometers
• Good mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability

Essential Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 8 hours
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 50lbs
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs
