About the role
SoftLite Windows & Doors is a part of Cornerstone Building Brands, a leading manufacturer of exterior building products. The company is headquartered in Cary, N.C., and serves residential and commercial customers across the new construction and Repair & Remodel (R&R) markets.
Responsibilities
- Assemble vinyl windows and components on a production line
- Use hand tools and basic machinery
- Rotate between stations (cross-training provided)
- Perform quality checks and inspections
- Prepare products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or general labor is a plus
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work
- Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow
