Production Associate - 12-Hour Night Shift (3-2-2-3 Schedule)

KEY TASKS INCLUDE:

• General Production responsibilities including loading and unloading parts, assembly and additional duties as assigned.
• Understand and follow work instructions and control plans.
• Operate machines along with other key tasks such as changeovers.
• Do quality checks and input data into Quality system to keep the process nominal and input GMaPS data when required.
• Maintain an organized clean work environment. 5S
• Perform other departmental job duties when directed by supervision.
• Understands required PPE, location and purpose of all lock outs and E-stops.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment keeping the process running.
• Handle all types of glass safely

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Years of Experience: Minimum Of 1 Year Of Manufacturing Preferred.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work a 12-hour shift on our 3-2-2-3 schedule and required overtime. Ability to learn and follow procedures while working safely in a manufacturing environment. Able to lift 45-50 lbs regularly and/or occasionally able to walk 5-10 feet while carrying a 45-50 lb. windshield. Able to raise objects from a lower to higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. Able to stand on concrete for extended periods of time. Some type of computer knowledge.
