### Production Team Member **Summary** Production Team Members operate high-speed bottling and packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment. They are responsible for maintaining production efficiency, ensuring product quality, following safety procedures, and supporting daily plant operations. ### Key Responsibilities Operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment. Complete equipment changeovers and load raw materials as needed. Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production documentation. Follow all safety policies, SOPs, and plant sanitation standards. Monitor product quality and make minor equipment adjustments when necessary. Work closely with Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics teams to meet production goals. Operate forklifts and move materials throughout the production and warehouse areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory counts and other assigned duties. Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives. ### Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or production experience preferred. Basic computer, reading, math, and documentation skills. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
