Production Assistant - Vancouver, WA
for sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes sections: About Farwest, Benefits, About This Position (maybe "About the role"?), Major Duties, Minimum Education Required, Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities (maybe "Qualifications" or "Requirements"). Also we have Schedule and Pay info: Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Swing Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm plus $1.25 shift differential. Wage Range: $18.50-$21.50 per hour, DOE. So we need sections for Schedule and Pay if they have real content. They do. Benefits already present. Also we might have "About the role" maybe combine About This Position and Purpose Of The Position. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: The initial paragraph about military affiliated job seekers, "Hello prospective employee..." maybe considered intro but we can keep as prose? It's not a heading; we can keep as
but it's somewhat generic. However we should preserve all substantive information; we can keep it as a paragraph before sections. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with location etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's decide sections: - About Farwest (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Farwest" is about company. Could be "About the role"? But we have "About This Position". We'll create sections: About Farwest, About the Position (or About the role), Responsibilities (Major Duties), Requirements (Minimum Education Required + Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must ensure we only include sections if posting has real specific content. All have. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits list is given as a sentence: "Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance and Disability, a 401K with up to a 3.5% match Safety bonus of up to $0.60 an hour paid quarterly based on branch safety goals Career development opportunities Paid vacation, sick and holidays". We'll turn into list.
Responsibilities: Major Duties list (multiple sentences). We'll extract each duty as list item.
Requirements: Minimum Education Required (High School/GED) and Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities (list of qualifications). We'll combine into a list under Requirements.
Pay: Wage Range: $18.50 -$21.50 per hour, DOE. Also maybe mention shift differential? That's part of Schedule. We'll put Pay section with that wage range.
Schedule: Monday - Friday Day Shift 7:00am to 3:30pm Swing Shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm, plus $1.25 shift differential.
We also have location: City* Vancouver State* Washington. Could be a short paragraph.
We also have Job Type: Full Time, Onsite. Could be included in About the Position or as a short paragraph.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same duty twice (there is duplicate line about stacking parts). We'll deduplicate.
Let's extract duties:
From "Major Duties":
- Identify parts associated with a specific order, process parts and clean up per instructions on the work order using grinders and hand tools.
- Follow the parts processing six step procedures.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and related shifts.
- Stack parts on pallets or in bundles and mark with pertinent information from the work order, for delivery or storage.

- Sort some parts and put in tubs, then take the parts to the processing area.

We should ensure no duplicate content. Also we removed the initial military affiliated paragraph and the "Hello prospective employee..." maybe we could keep as a brief intro but it's not required. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The introductory paragraphs about military affiliated and Hello prospective employee are substantive? They are more like fluff but still part of posting. However they might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The military affiliated statement is not exactly boilerplate but it's a targeting statement. Might be considered part of posting. However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." The military affiliated statement could be considered minor metadata? It's not metadata like Job ID. It's a statement about eligibility. Might be considered substantive? It's about who can apply. Could be kept as a short paragraph. But we already have a short paragraph for location and job type. We could combine: "ATTENTION MILITARY AFFILIATED JOB SEEKERS - Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. The following position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. If you have the required skill set, education requirements, and experience, please click the submit button and follow the next steps. Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is 'On-Site' at the location detailed in the job post." That's a lot of text, some of it is application instructions ("please click
