Production Assistant (Printing & Film Operations)

Key Responsibilities

• Aid machine operators with production setups and changeovers
• Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished product throughout the production area
• Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment
• Maintain product quality and assist with inspections
• Pack and label finished materials
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow
• Perform other production support tasks as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery
• Handle large rolls of material and production equipment safely

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes
• Strong commitment to prioritizing safety in all work activities
• Strong attention to quality
• Strong ability to work in a team-based production environment
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Willingness to work day or night shift as needed

Pay Range

$21 DOE + $1.50 night shift differential.
