Responsibilities

• Develop new dealer relationships through outbound prospecting
• Grow existing customer accounts
• Make 80-100 outbound calls per day
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Build trust and long-term partnerships
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Stay current on products, promotions, pricing, and industry trends
• Participate in daily team meetings and coaching sessions

• Guaranteed First-Year Compensation: $41,200 (annual base salary $31,200 + $10,000 retention bonus)

Schedule

Monday-Friday schedule, no nights or weekends. Business casual environment.
