Associate Production/Assembly Worker

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assemble Sycool units and non-foam panel door and jamb assemblies in accordance with defined assembly processes.
• Final assembly of foam panel doors (installing door handles and hinges).
• Perform material handling procedures safely and effectively.
• Inventory control to ensure Kanban levels are maintained.
• Adhere to Munters Quality System and submit Quality Assurance In-Process Check Sheets.
• Observe and enforce all safety rules.
• Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Operate in compliance with all safety rules and requirements.
• Participate in meetings and work groups to assist with training new employees, integrating activities, communicating issues, obtaining approvals, resolving problems, and maintaining knowledge of new developments, requirements, and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Skill Requirements

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading skills
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Use of hand and power tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
