Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assemble Sycool units and non-foam panel door and jamb assemblies in accordance with defined assembly processes.
- Final assembly of foam panel doors (installing door handles and hinges).
- Perform material handling procedures safely and effectively.
- Inventory control to ensure Kanban levels are maintained.
- Adhere to Munters Quality System and submit Quality Assurance In-Process Check Sheets.
- Observe and enforce all safety rules.
- Perform or assist with any operations throughout the factory to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
- Operate in compliance with all safety rules and requirements.
- Participate in meetings and work groups to assist with training new employees, integrating activities, communicating issues, obtaining approvals, resolving problems, and maintaining knowledge of new developments, requirements, and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Skill Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical and electrical blueprint reading skills
- Excellent mechanical aptitude

- Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
