Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations across labor, equipment operations, facilities, and general production needs.
• Perform hands-on work to help keep the site safe, organized, clean, and operationally ready.
• Affiliate with material movement, staging, loading, unloading, organizing, and site logistics.
• Operate or assist with equipment and tools as needed, based on experience, training, and site requirements.
• Support facilities-related tasks, including site setup, repairs, maintenance coordination, workspace organization, and general upkeep.
• Help construction, tunneling, operations, maintenance, and facilities teams execute daily priorities.
• Identify site issues, bottlenecks, safety concerns, or operational needs and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
• Affiliate with setup, teardown, cleanup, and preparation of work areas, equipment areas, storage areas, and job site facilities.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site requirements while working around active construction, heavy equipment, and field operations.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by helping create more efficient workflows, cleaner work areas, and better site organization.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the site grows and operational needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, general labor, equipment operation, facilities, maintenance, manufacturing, field operations, logistics, or another hands-on work environment.
• Comfortable working on an active construction site and around heavy equipment, tools, materials, and field teams.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Able to lift, move, carry, stage, and organize materials safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to follow direction, work independently, and communicate clearly with supervisors and teammates.
• Comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
