Production Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform location photoshoot/video shoot set up and breakdowns.
• Set up, rig, and strike equipment on set.
• Keep equipment organized, repair and clean if necessary.
• Work with photography team to create lighting set-ups/adjustments for shoots.
• Deliver inventory, equipment, and supplies to/from location shoots.
• Set up sound boards, electrical systems, wardrobe, and props.
• Print and distribute daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, sheets).
• Handle paperwork related to production.
• Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork, scheduling, etc.).
• Ensure production and projects go as smoothly as possible.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as production assistant or a passion for the industry.
• Computer-savvy and excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
