Production Assistant

What You’ll Do:

• Load wax melters (up to 500 lb of wax per shift) and monitor temperatures
• Wick and prep jars before pouring
• Clean, label, and quality-check finished candles with meticulous attention to detail and aesthetics
• Keep finished stock organized so our shipping crew can fly
• Operate filling machines for room sprays and diffusers
• "Dunk & count" incense sticks
• Label, cap, and pack products safely and swiftly
• All Lines
• Stand and move for 7–8 hours a day
• Lift and carry up to 50 lb repeatedly throughout each shift
• Follow safety, quality, and sanitation procedures at every step
• Contribute to inventory counts and general workspace maintenance
