Evaluation and Optimization

Evaluate and optimize existing manufacturing processes and operations to improve plant efficiency, productivity, quality, and overall performance.

Process Development and Implementation

Lead the development and implementation of process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and support business objectives.

Sample Lifecycle Management

• Manage the lifecycle of physical and digital sample processes
• Act as the central liaison between departments – such as Technical Design, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations

Quality Control and Audits

• Absorb responsibility for quality control of samples, production, and audits when needed

Process Improvement and Change Management

• Prepare, update, and implement process improvements and changes to meet production specifications
• Provide thorough instructions for the successful implementation of process changes

Interactions and Problem Solving

• Communicate findings and proposals to upper management
• Interact with supervisors to resolve root causes of production-related issues

Data Integrity and Metrics

• Develop and track metrics to monitor areas needing improvement

Training and Communication

• Develop and educate sewing operators and supervisors on product/design changes

Physical and Working Conditions

• Long periods of sitting or standing; walking and observing activities in production areas and able to lift up to 10 pounds
• Work in manufacturing plant & warehouse
