Production Assistant

About the role

You’ll be an essential part of a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment, supporting daily operations to ensure production runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging line activities
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Conduct visual inspections
• Support packaging and palletizing processes
• Operate and utilize the computerized inventory system
• Rotate between assignments and provide support wherever needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate
• Must comply with company GMP policies
• Must work overtime as needed
• Must work any assigned shift
• Must lift and move up to 60 lbs
• Must be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job
• Must accept constructive feedback and alter behavior accordingly
• Must pass in-house clamp lift and forklift skills tests
• May travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation

Qualifications

• Previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience
• Previous operations experience in an manufacturing plant
• Experience with safe Forklift operations; certified by Gallo

Skills

Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday- Friday
