Key Responsibilities
- The Finishing Touch: Frost and decorate our standard cakes and cupcakes with consistency and flair.
- Assembly & Prep: Scoop cookie dough, assemble pies, and prepare cheesecakes according to our established brand standards.
- Precision Prep: Manage daily prep by ensuring all ingredients are weighed and measured with 100% accuracy.
- Technical Operation: Safely and efficiently operate large-scale bakery equipment, including commercial ovens and industrial mixers.
- Kitchen Excellence: Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks while keeping the bakery clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment with occasional tasks in a 0-degree walk-in (don't worry, we provide the gear!).
