Production Assistant - Apogee Components

What You'll Do:

• Precision Production: Assemble and package model rocket kits, following specific work instructions to ensure every part is included.
• Efficient Shipping: Prepare and package daily customer orders for shipment, maintaining a high pace without sacrificing accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving new stock, labeling items, and keeping our warehouse organized and "pick-ready."
• Team Support: Provide clear signals to the purchasing team when supplies are low and help maintain a safe, clean, and professional workspace.

• Tech-Comfortable: You have basic computer skills and are willing to learn Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs) and our internal systems.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, Hourly (40 hours/week)
• Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, CO
• Reports To: Production Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment (standing, lifting, moving).
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic math and computer skills.
