Production Assembly Technician II

ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About PCB Piezotronics, Inc." description of company, then "More Reasons to Join the Team" etc. The role: "As a Production Assembly Technician with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will perform a variety of assembly tasks...". We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if there is real specific content. We need to parse the posting: - Company description: "About PCB Piezotronics, Inc. PCB manufactures sensors ...". That's about the company, not necessarily "About the role". Could be "About the company". But headings list includes "About the role". We could use "About the role" heading for description of role? However the posting includes "As a Production Assembly Technician..." which is role description. Could treat that as "About the role". Also there is "More Reasons to Join the Team" which includes benefits etc. We need sections: Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, maybe Pay/Schedule not present. There's no explicit pay or schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. At end there is "PCB Piezotronics is an equal opportunity employer" - that's EEO boilerplate, should be removed. Also "International Traffic in Arms Regulations" is substantive? It's a requirement about access to controlled technology; that's a qualification/requirement. Keep that. Also "Physical Demands (U.S. only)" is substantive; could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not in list but we could include under Requirements or maybe as its own section? The instruction says use headings from list; but we could also add other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples; we could use others if needed? Probably better to stick to those. Physical demands could go under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The job title is "Production Assembly Technician". Not to repeat as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Company description: "PCB manufactures sensors used by design engineers and predictive maintenance professionals to test and measure vibration, pressure, force, acoustics, load and shock for test, measurement, monitoring and control requirements. Our sensors support testing in aerospace and defense, automotive, transportation, civil engineering, and general R&D industries. PCB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amphenol Corporation. With a focus on Total Customer Satisfaction for both our internal and external customers, we have a strong and ongoing commitment to being a great place to work! Learn more about our team | www.PCB.com | https://www.linkedin.com/company/pcb-piezotronics/ More Reasons to Join the Team PCB offers a highly collaborative and team-based atmosphere. Total Customer Satisfaction, for internal and external customers alike, is at the heart of our business and guides our interactions every day. Social events and opportunities are hosted throughout the year aimed to develop internal relationships and promote a culture focused on collaboration and teamwork. PCB also provides all full-time team members with 100% employer paid medical premiums for you and your family, a competitive PTO package and 10 company paid holidays." That's a mix of company overview and benefits. Then role description: "As a Production Assembly Technician with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will perform a variety of assembly tasks that require the ability to follow written/verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment." Then "Additional Duties" list bullet-like sentences. Then "Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience. Must be able to perform hand soldering and have a basic electronics background. Good problem-solving skills." Then "Additional Benefits" list. Then "Physical Demands (U.S. only)" description. Then "International Traffic in Arms Regulations" description. We need to structure: Maybe sections: - About the role (company overview + role description?) Could split: About the role: description of role responsibilities? But we also have Responsibilities section. Better: Use "About the role" for a brief summary of the role (the sentence about performing assembly tasks). Then "Responsibilities" for the Additional Duties list. Then "Requirements" for Minimum Qualifications. Then "Skills" maybe for problem-solving, hand soldering, electronics background? Could combine with Requirements. But we can have both. Benefits: from "Additional Benefits" plus earlier benefits (medical premiums, PTO, holidays). Also "More Reasons to Join the Team" includes collaborative atmosphere, social events, etc. Those are benefits/culture. We need to avoid filler like "competitive PTO package" is substantive. Pay/Schedule not present, so omit. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Learn more about our team | www.PCB.com | https://www.linkedin.com/company/pcb-piezotronics/" - that's navigation/link; should be removed. Also "More Reasons to Join the Team" is a heading but we can treat as part of Benefits section. We need to preserve all substantive information: So we need to keep the collaborative atmosphere, social events, etc. Let's extract substantive bits: Company description (maybe not needed for role but could be part of About the role? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The company description is not metadata; it's about the company. Could be included in a section like "About the company" but not in list. Might be okay to include as a paragraph under "About the role"? Might be considered filler? It's substantive about the company. I'd include it as a paragraph under a heading "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Since list includes About the role, we can use that heading to include both company overview and role summary. But we also have responsibilities separate. Let's craft:

About the role

PCB manufactures sensors used by design engineers and predictive maintenance professionals to test and measure vibration, pressure, force, acoustics, load and shock for test, measurement, monitoring and control requirements. Our sensors support testing in aerospace and defense, automotive, transportation, civil engineering, and general R&D industries. PCB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Amphenol Corporation. With a focus on Total Customer Satisfaction for both our internal and external customers, we have a strong and ongoing commitment to being a great place to work.

As a Production Assembly Technician with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will perform a variety of assembly tasks that require the ability to follow written/verbal instructions and a thorough knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment.

Then Requirements/Qualifications: We have Minimum Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience; Must be able to perform hand soldering and have a basic electronics background; Good problem-solving skills. Also International Traffic in Arms Regulations: requirement to access controlled technology; must be legally authorized. Physical Demands: could be part of Requirements. We could have a section "Requirements" that includes education, experience, skills, and also include International Traffic and Physical Demands as subpoints. But we also have a separate "Skills" heading possible. Let's decide: Use "Requirements" for education/experience, and "Skills" for hand soldering, electronics background, problem-solving, etc. However the problem-solving is a skill. We'll put hand soldering, electronics background, problem-solving under Skills. International Traffic and Physical Demands could be under Requirements as additional requirements. Let's do:

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience.
  • Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
  • Ability to meet physical demands: regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear; occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

We need to avoid duplication. Combine. Let's list benefits: - 100% employer paid medical premiums for employee and family - Dental and Vision Insurance - Company funded HSA or HRA Accounts (with enrollment in applicable health insurance plan) - Competitive PTO package - 10 company paid holidays - Employer paid basic life insurance - Short- and long-term disability insurance - 401k Company Match - Tuition Reimbursement - Dependent Scholarship Program - Employee discounts - Holiday gift certificates - Highly collaborative and team-based atmosphere - Social events and opportunities hosted throughout the year to develop internal relationships and promote collaboration and teamwork - Total Customer Satisfaction guides interactions (maybe more cultural) We should keep them as list items. Now ensure we don't include filler like "competitive PTO package" is fine. Now we need to output only HTML fragment. Check for any boilerplate removed: "Learn more
