Pay and Benefits

The position pays between $21.00 - $24.72/hour based on experience. Regular benchmarking ensures competitiveness. Additional benefits include:

Summary/Objective

The Assembly Supervisor must lead and manage the direct and indirect operations of the assigned functional area, plan and coordinate processes and key resources to meet delivery requirements. See the attached job description for full details.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• At least 5 years production manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication industry.
• Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required.
• Windows PC proficiency and Microsoft Office proficiency - all programs.
• Previous ERP experience.
