Production Assembly - Royal Switchgear

About the role

At MacLean Power Systems (MPS), a leading manufacturer of mission-critical and engineered components for the electric utility, telecommunications, and civil markets, we are seeking a dedicated team player for our Production Assembly role at our Bessemer, AL facility.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand and power tools
• Follow instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy
• Inspect work to maintain high quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team to optimize production

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurements and basic blueprints
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including second shift (Sunday-Wednesday 7:00pm-5:30am, Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm)
