Production Assembly

Day, evening, and night shifts available in Madison, AL.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday for overtime)
• Morning: 7:00 am–3:45 pm
• Evening: 3:20 pm–11:50 pm
• Night: 9:00 pm–5:30 am

Pay

• Pay range: $14.50–$15.70 per hour
• Perfect attendance bonus: +$1.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and standard work instructions
• Perform hands-on production tasks
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and reach
• Use basic hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Meet production standards
• Work in a team environment
• Accurate record-keeping and quality documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred (not required)
