Production Assembler

About the role

Production Assembler (temp‑to‑hire) at a manufacturing facility in Leroy, NY. Paid training is provided and the position offers a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule with Friday afternoons and weekends off.

Pay

$17.50‑$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday‑Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce plastic tubing and manufactured components.
• Operate production equipment after training.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements

• No previous manufacturing experience required; training provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable with hands‑on, repetitive production work.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.

Work Environment

Hands‑on manufacturing environment. Required PPE, including rubber boots, rubber smock, and gloves, is provided.
