About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Flexible Assembler I to join our team in Middleton, WI. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative production environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact.Responsibilities
- Follow all quality control and safety procedures to ensure top-tier products
- Maintain and update inventory and production records
- Perform physical counts of raw materials and match them to work orders
- Assemble products using tools and equipment according to specifications
- Test completed products to ensure functionality and quality standards
- Process raw materials for shop orders using appropriate tools
- Perform soldering on circuit boards, sensors, and wiring
- Operate and use test equipment for validation procedures
- Support additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 60 lbs as needed
- Comfortable using tools and equipment such as:
- Hand tools, wire strippers/cutters
- Multimeters and fluke meters
- Drills, crimping and potting machines
- Soldering iron and heat gun
- Presses and packaging equipment
