About the role

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will assemble products according to specifications and ensure they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read shop tickets and assemble products according to specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet production numbers and deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Punctual and regular attendance.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
