Production & Packaging Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overseeing production and packaging processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
• Manage team of production and packaging workers to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor new employees in production and packaging techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in production and/or packaging management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with production and packaging software.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
