Duties And Responsibilities
- Create weekly job packs
- Create and close purchase orders
- Ensure office equipment is in working order and schedule maintenance
- Support administrative needs related to customer service calls and technician interactions
- Mailing customer information packets
- Following up with customers on various issues
- Updates customer records for accuracy
Qualifications
- High School Degree/GED
- 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
- Adaptable to quick changes in work strategy
- Excellent computer skills
- Great oral and written communication skills
