Duties And Responsibilities

  • Create weekly job packs
  • Create and close purchase orders
  • Ensure office equipment is in working order and schedule maintenance
  • Support administrative needs related to customer service calls and technician interactions
  • Mailing customer information packets
  • Following up with customers on various issues
  • Updates customer records for accuracy

Qualifications

  • High School Degree/GED
  • 1-2 years Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
  • Adaptable to quick changes in work strategy
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Great oral and written communication skills
