Key Responsibilities
- Process and confirm customer and production orders.
- Create and release process orders and Z-FILs in SAP.
- Generate and maintain product labels and production documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Review and accept customer orders while coordinating production requirements.
- Monitor and update COOISPI to track order status and production schedules.
- Manage inventory transactions and material movement within Production Storage Areas (PSAs).
- Communicate with customers, Customer Service Representatives, and internal departments regarding order status and inventory needs.
- Support internal purchasing activities, including material requisitions and purchase requests.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months to a year of administrative work in production
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in computer

Additionally, we will consider the following a plus:
- Experience with SAP or S4 HANA in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in production planning, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing administration
