About the role

As a production worker, you play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibility is to ensure that customer orders are converted into carefully assembled packages of fresh leafy vegetables. Thanks to you, the hospitality industry, supermarkets, and wholesalers can count on timely and high-quality deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating processing machines to ensure an efficient production process.
• Processing orders via an iPad to ensure that every order is handled accurately and on time.
• Carrying out thorough quality checks to ensure that only the best fresh leafy vegetables leave the premises.
• Carefully packing orders according to established guidelines, with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Taking responsibility for your own packing line, ensuring a streamlined process and achieving production targets.

Qualifications

• You are a real team player who can collaborate well with colleagues in a dynamic environment.
• Accuracy is in your DNA and you have an eye for detail, especially when it comes to processing fresh produce.
• Working in a colder environment does not deter you; you have no problem with it.
• You have a hands-on mentality and know how to take action.
• Although experience is a plus, we value your motivation and commitment to grow in this role more highly.
