Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Insurance, Product Liability, or Tort Litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
• Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay

The salary range for this role is $160,000-$175,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
