Product Test Technician

We are seeking a skilled technician to lead the operation, integration, and troubleshooting of complex test systems, including building and maintaining test infrastructure, fabricating advanced test articles, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, operation, and troubleshooting of mechanical, fluid, and electro-mechanical test systems.
• Support development and implementation of test infrastructure, including test stands, fluid systems, and processes.
• Fabricate and integrate test articles and equipment: fluid panels, actuators, motors, gears, electrical cabinets, PLCs, and welded assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop system upgrades, maintain documentation, and analyze test data with actionable recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior Product Test Technicians.
• Occasional travel to job sites to support on-site testing, repair, and troubleshooting.

Additional Qualifications

• A&P license or technician certification.
• Prior experience in aerospace, military/defense, aircraft, construction, or similar industries.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
